Emily Kocsis (she/her)
Co-Founder and Principal Consultant




Emily is a global health researcher and practitioner with an interdisciplinary approach. Leveraging her background in social, natural, and health sciences, she has designed and implemented community-engaged research and evaluation projects. Emily has served as a strategist, knowledge mobilization advisor, and researcher with organizations like the Canadian Association for Global Health and Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, Emily has worked as an independent consultant for health and social services organizations, including the Pan-American Health Organization and the Barrie Area Native Advisory Circle.

Leigha McCarroll (she/her)
Co-Founder and Principal Consultant




Leigha is a social science researcher and facilitator with a background in public policy and community development. Drawing on a deep understanding of social issues with a collaborative and critically-engaged approach, her passion for knowledge mobilization drives her to translate research insights into innovative solutions for positive social change. Leigha has served as an Instructor for Carleton University’s Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership and has held senior roles at consulting firms like Blueprint-ADE and NewLeaf Performance, and nonprofit organizations such as The Canadian Partnership for Women and Children’s Health and Volunteer Canada.
